New images of an abandoned tablet from Motorola, unofficially called the XOOM 3 are surfacing online. The tablet is having the full-Kevlar coating on the backside, bears resemblance to other Droid smartphones recently launched from Motorola.
The image shows the tablet with Verizon branding on the backside, suggesting it to be a carrier-exclusive device; possibly a DROID or XYBOARD device.
The tablet was abandoned by Motorola for unknown reasons, but the leaked images shown how the device looked like. The Xoom and the Xoom 2 was not quite successful, so this may be a reason for Motorola to step out from the project.
Xoom 3 is in a running condition, so we can guess how close it was from being officially revealed by the company.
