T-Mobile is set to launch a new smartphone dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Avant with Remote Device Unlock capabilities

A new report or we can say a leak has come out regarding a new smartphone for T-Mobile’s upcoming 700MHz spectrum. The device is Samsung Galaxy Avant and the leakster is TmoNews, which has a reliable track record at breaking T-Mobile’s upcoming plans.

TmoNews reported that, “T-Mobile is adding another Android device, the Samsung Galaxy Avant, to our device line up onJuly 30! This powerful 4G LTE smartphone has been designed to simplify customers’ lives at an affordable price.

The Samsung Galaxy Avant was designed for performance with a 1.2 GHz Quad Core processory and Samsung smart features, such as Easy Mode, Safety Assistance and Motion UX.

In addition, the Samsung Galaxy Avant will be the first phone with Remote Device Unlock capabilities, launching July 30.” Samsung Galaxy Avant would be a mid-range smartphone but if we believe on rumors then the specs are somewhat decent.

One interesting feature the smartphone is packed with is “Remote Device Unlock” feature. This new feature allow users to select whether they want a temporary or permanent unlock, directly from the app, and then must restart the smartphone to apply the changes.

The app is likely to come preloaded in the device, but as T-Mobile is still in the process of testing the app, so it can delay the launch of Galaxy Avant. Below are some expected specs of Samsung Galaxy Avant:

4.5″ qHD Display
1.2 GHz QuadCore Processor
4G LTE Capable
Easy Mode
Safety Assistance
Motion UX

Because there is no official confirmation from T-Mobile so we can’t say anything fir sure regarding the specs abs release date of the Galaxy Avant.

So we are advising or readers to take it with a pinch of salt, and stay tuned as we are keeping an eye on any further information regarding Samsung Galaxy Avant.
