Moto X successor is scheduled for September 25th release

The Moto X successor, Moto X+1 (unconfirmed name) is seems to be coming at the right time, as we were told by Motorola to expect a new Moto X by the end of summer, which is September 22nd.

Now a new report has come from Droid Life, according to which the next-generation Moto X will be released on Verizon in late September.

Further citing its sources, the blog reports that Verizon is planning to launch the device on September 25th. However this news is came for Verizon only, and we don’t know about other carriers.

It’s possible that other carries may launch the device before Verizon, which will still meet the Motorola’s deadline. There are reasons that we can believe in Droid-Life’s report, as they are hardly get wrong when it comes to Verizon news.

Motorola also confirmed that it will launch its Android Wear smartwatch, the Moto 360 with this new Moto X, but there is no confirmation regarding the launch date of Moto 360.
