As promised by Google at the Android One event back in September, the internet giant has now launched the offline version of the YouTube in India.
Notably, India is the first and only country where this feature has been launched as of now, and under this feature users can add videos to watch it offline.
There are two ways to add videos to the offline list, in the first method you can select an icon below the video, and in the second method you can select ‘Add to Offline’ from a video’s context menu. Once added, you’ll see an offline icon below the video, and all the saved videos can be found under separate playlist called Offline.
There are several options given by YouTube for the offline mode, like you can remove the saved videos, you can select the quality of the videos and you can also select the option to add over Wi-Fi only.
