Sony has launched SmartWatch 3 and SmartBand Talk in India at Rs. 19,990 and 12,990. Both devices would be available in three color variants black, white and yellow and will be available at all major Sony showrooms and retail store in India.
About specs, the Sony SmartWatch 3 is powered by Android Wear and has a 1.6-inch 320×320 TFT LCD Transflective display for better visibility in bright sunlight, the SmartWatch 3 has a Quad ARM A7 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 512 MB RAM and 4 GB eMMC storage.
The sensors comes with an ambient light, and it also includes accelerometer, compass, gyro and GPS. It also has a Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and supports micro USB charging with 420 mAH, battery which provides up to two days usage backup.
The SmartWatch 3 is compatible with Android 4.3. The SmartWatch 3 allows users to get calls, messages, emails, directions via maps, etc. Voice-based interaction is pretty good and the device that gives strait answers to their spoken questions.
Google said that the fitness app on SmartWatch 3 will be able to deliver real-time data to your wrist, so you can decide whether to step it up or slow down.
On the other hand, SmartBand Talk features a 1.4-inch E-ink display, users can monitor Lifelog activity, view notifications and time. The come with Bluetooth 3.0 and micro USB support. It has a 70 mAh battery which can last up to three days without the use.
The SmartBand Talk is compatible with devices running Android 4.4 and later, and user will need install LifeLog app and the SmartBand Talk 3 app on their smartphone to perform the task.
