Currently, the update is available over-the-air, and the report notes that it doesn’t available via Samsung Kies. There is no information regarding the Lollipop update in other regions, or which region after Russia will be the first to receive the update.

However, now it’s sure that Galaxy S4 users will receive the update sooner or later, the exact timing depends on market and carriers.

SamMobile also reported that due to the hefty size of the update, Samsung will remove some pre-loaded apps like Google Play Books, Movies and others to make space.
