Alcatel along with three smartphones has also launched three tablets – the OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) Wi-Fi, OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) 3G and OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) 4G LTE.
The OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) Wi-Fi and OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) 3G tablets share identical specifications except the Wi-Fi only and 3G connectivity support, while the OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) 4G LTE features slightly better innards.
Talking about the specifications, the Android 4.4 KitKat-based OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) Wi-Fi and OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) 3G tablets come with a 7-inch HD (1024×600 pixels) resolution TFT display.
They include 512MB of RAM, hold 4GB of inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card and are backed by a 2820mAh battery capacity.
The tablets sport a 2-megapixel main camera, a 0.3-megapixel front-facing snapper, while measure 189x111x9.1mm and weigh 260 grams.
Coming to the processors, the Wi-Fi model packs a quad-core MediaTek MT8127 processor clocked at 1.3GHz, while the 3G model is powered by a dual-core MediaTek MT8312 processor clocked at 1.3GHz.
As far as the OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) 4G LTE concerned, it is driven by a quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor clocked at 1.1GHz, clubbed with 1GB of RAM.
It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and features a 7-inch HD (1024×600 pixels) resolution display and also packs a 2-megapixel primary camera along with a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
The tablet holds 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card, packs a 2820mAh battery, and comes with 4G LTE connectivity. The OneTouch Pixi 3 (7) 4G LTE tablet measures 191x109x9.2mm and weighs 260 grams.
