Xolo has expanded its ‘LT’ smartphone range with the launch of Xolo LT2000 smartphone equipped with 4G LTE connectivity. The smartphone has been priced at Rs. 9,999 and is available to buy from e-commerce website Snapdeal, but currently not listed on the company website.
The Xolo LT2000 comes with dual-SIM support and runs Android 4.4 KitKat, but the company claims that the smartphone is upgradeable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. It sports a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) resolution display that comes with Dragontrail glass protection and is powered by a quad-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz.
It bears 1GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU clocked at 400MHz, while sports an 8-megapixel autofocus main camera with a BSI 2 sensor and LED flash, along with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone includes 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB) and packs a 2920mAh battery.
Connectivity options on the Xolo LT2000 includes 4G TDD and FDD LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB with OTG, and A-GPS. The company has also introduced a self-updating phone book app called 6degrees, which offers a suite of features dealing with calling, messaging and managing connections. However, the app doesn’t come preloaded in the smartphone, but will be added later via OTA update, which will be released next week.
