Celkon launches a new budget smartphone, the Millennia Q450

Celkon, a domestic handset maker has launched a new affordable smartphone, the Millennia Q450, priced at Rs. 4,799, though the exact availability details are not yet revealed. The company said that the smartphone will be made available via offline retail stores in India, but didn’t confirmed the availability via online retailers.

The Celkon Millennia Q450 is an Android 4.4.2 KitKat running smartphone that supports dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) cards and comes with a 4.5-inch (480×854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display. A 1.3GHz quad-core processor drives the smartphone, which is coupled with 512MB of RAM and holds 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).

The Celkon Millennia Q450 sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. Connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth, while packs an 1800mAh battery.
