Wait for virtual assistant seems to be coming to an end. Facebook‘s high anticipated personnel assistant service Moneypenny  is going through its testing process and will be introduced soon. The assistant name has been taken from James Bond franchise. This is not virtual entity like Contana or Siri and a service connecting users to real people to help with their ordering and researching products and services.

It will be close to the concierge system than their recent breed of digital personal assistants. The space has been targeted by number of companies including Magic, US startup putting the users in touch with trained operator via text message. This allows them to order anything any time. Its other rivals include Operator and GoButler.  All these helps are highly popular and are being used by users who are keen on getting quality help with little investment.

Although the products is still in building process and social networking giants employees are testing it, but  insiders  and market reports are suggesting that its time has come and will be introduced anytime. The users will be able to avail their desired inputs and will make its use here. Facebook has mentioned that it will make their new services into messenger. After splitting the messaging service away from main app, the company has been developing messenger in a fully fledged platform to rival Asian services like WeChat and LINE apps combining commerce and gaming with chatting.

It has recently added video calling a payment service to messenger and will unveil a version for app for web browser. Games for the app are in the works and it is not surprising Facebook to explore digital assistant arena and connecting users to real people and building a virtual assistant.  Thus just wait for some time and be ready to use the new virtual assistance.
