Lenovo India has posted a new teaser on Twitter hinting the launch of a new high-end device and that will be from company’s Note series. The tweet is coupled with a tagline, “A New Age Dawns” and “#KillerNote” hashtag.
As per our sources, the handset would be K4 Note, the successor to the company’s K3 Note phablet launched in March 2015. The sources also reveals that the launch of Lenovo K4 Note in India is scheduled for January 2016. Till now the information regarding the specifications of the K4 Note is scarce.
Because it’s a successor, we know the K4 Note will pack higher technical specifications to that of K3 Note.
To recall, the Lenovo K3 Note features a 5.5-inch full HD IPS (1920x1080p) display and a 1,7GHz 64-bit MediaTek octa-core processor drives the phablet with MALI T760 GPU and 2GB RAM. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and is a dual-SIM device with 16GB of internal storage that can expand up to 32GB using a microSD card.
It has a replaceable 3000mAh battery and includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FDD 1800MHz (Band 3) and TDD 2300MHz (Band 40) 4G LTE bands. The K3 Note sports a 13MP rear camera, while houses a 5MP front-facing snapper.
