Front has recently released a collection of e-mails. Those e-mails are considered by the young company in an effort to give inspiration to the PH community.
Mathilde Collin announced this new development on producthunt.com with the words, “Our mission at Front is to help people communicate better. Usually, it means building the best communication software possible, but today we’re doing something different.”

Launched in 2014, Front is a company dedicated to improving customer support by organizing e-mails under a single app. This, allows the user to receive all of their company’s incoming feeds and collaborate on the requests in real time. Some have compared the service to an online receptionist.
Front gives companies the ability to provide support directly from e-mail without the need for impersonal numbers or auto-responses, which can allow for fast response times. Analytical tools also come with the app to help the user coordinate with their team make better, more informed decisions. There is also a comment field below every email thread, which allows for even more collaboration.
